If you purchased OptraTrust Protection at checkout and your order was not delivered or was not as described, submit a claim below. We review claims based on evidence and verified order data.

To help us resolve your claim quickly, please prepare:

  • Your order number
  • The store name or website where you purchased
  • Clear photos or video (if the item arrived but is not as described)
  • Tracking details (if available)
  • Any messages or emails with the seller (optional but helpful)

Claims are reviewed within 7–14 days. Read full coverage terms in our Buyer Protection Policy.

Abuse or false claims may lead to permanent suspension.
