OptraTrust adds a simple protection option at checkout. If your protected order is not delivered or is materially not as described, you can file a claim and we review it fairly.

Select OptraTrust Buyer Protection at checkout (from 1%).

Complete Your Purchase

Pay and place your order as usual. You’ll receive a confirmation email.

File a Claim if Needed

If something goes wrong, submit evidence and we review your claim.

For Sellers

OptraTrust helps legitimate sellers convert more buyers by reducing hesitation at checkout. Sellers install OptraTrust and enable the protection option for eligible products.

What OptraTrust Does Not Do
